Another Wonderful Moab Vacation
Stayed 4 days in February, 2014
I love Moab and I love the condos at Cottonwood, especially arches East 389. This was the third time our family stayed there and it never disappoints. Plenty of room, great kitchen, nice yard for the dogs to take a break in, and a great rental management company. The location is convenient to everything and the garage is a bonus. We'll keep coming back.

Great house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room) with direct access to the garage. Excellent kitchen equipment. Outdoor grill. Located one block from the main road in Moab, so it was quite but not far to go for restaurants and shops. Very good and prompt service (internet acess wasn´t working in the beginning). Furniture was comfortable and in good condition. Cleanliness was good (except under the table). Bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were absolutely clean.

The house is fantastic !!! We had all what we needed and more for our stay. The furniture are great. The house remains fresh despite the outside temperature (more than 110). Just one minor point, the house is quite far from the city center, so a car is really needed. It was just perfect !!!
