Great condo in Moab

We had 3 couples and we all loved this condo (unit 420). The condo and property seemed very new and the conditions were excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to have meals there. The pool & hot tub are a nice new addition. The location is convenient to Arches And Canyonlands National Parks. The town of Moab has plenty to offer including good restaurants, grocery stores, etc. This condo was one of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it.
Gorgeous, roomy, well-appointed

I can't say enough good things about this place. First of all, it's a bargain. I'd originally been looking at traditional hotel rooms, many of which were priced above this unit. For less outlay, our family of four got to spread out in 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms in a home that's nicer than our own. The place is gorgeous: beautiful tiling, granite everything, high-end carpets, extra-wide hallways and staircase. The master bath had a whirlpool bathtub, monstrous separate shower (with on-demand hot water), separate water closet and and an enormous walk-in closet. The beds were new and extremely comfortable, the linens were smooth, the towels generous. I also appreciated the garage. In 102-degree heat, an un-garaged car gets hot very quickly. I couldn't have asked for more. The unit is well-located near Arches and restaurants/shopping/movie theater in downtown Moab. Canyonlands and Dead Horse State Park are a little farther, but I'm not sure there is any lodging closer to those sights than Moab. The only slightly annoying thing about this unit is that it's in a community with an odd numbering system. There is actually another Unit 420 in the same development. We pulled into the driveway of that unit first and noticed immediately that it wasn't even finished being built yet -- which caused a moment's panic. Luckily, a construction worker on the job explained the confusion. Two other families tried to unlock our door during our stay because they were also confused about which one they'd actually rented. It was a minor annoyance, and nothing that should keep anyone from snapping this unit up if it is available.

This is a brand new, excellently designed townhouse. Great lay out of rooms that are spacious and functional. Bathrooms are very nice and with perfect water pressure. Wifi etc all work well and the furniture is tasteful and comfortable.
